How do I place an order?

To place an order, you can either email us at mobifusion@gmail.com or send a text to +65 93854069 stating the product that you are interested in.

All our items are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD), and will be paid in Singapore Dollars as well.

Once you have placed your order(s), you will receive an reply from us in 1 working day. Customers are required to pay for their orders within a 24 hours time-frame. Please also check your junk/spam inbox just in case any of our emails land up there.

Currently, we only accepts POSB bank transfers.

For all ATM payments, we will require a snapshot of the ATM receipt with your email address and order number written on it.

No refunds will be made in the event that the ATM snapshot cannot be produced.

Mobi-Fusion reserves all rights to reject any orders without these details.

In order to secure your purchase, you must provide us with your payment details within the stipulated time frame as below:

Delivery

All our local deliveries are being facilitated by Singpost .

We highly recommend that you opt for registered postage to prevent lost parcels as all registered parcels can be track via Singpost website.

We will not be liable for any parcels lost by using normal postage during the duration after posting out. Currently, Mobi-Fusion only offers these modes of delivery.

SINGAPORE

A. Singapore Post Normal Mail (Not Reliable, may take up to 7-12 working days)
With the SingPost Normal Mail shipping method, your order will be delivered directly to your mailbox. If the parcel can't fit into your mailbox, you may have to collect it from the post office. Singpost might delay processing time for normal mail, it may take up to 7-12 working days to reach you after it has been processed for delivery.

We will not responsible for any parcel that is damaged or lost in transit.

We strongly recommend customers to use Courier Service or Self Collection.

Alternatively, meet-ups and self collection can also be done. Meet-ups will be done once on a weekly basics at Tampines or Pioneer MRT (Depending on majority buyers) every Tuesday or Thursday at 7.30pm.

Self Colletions can be done at Block 742 Bedok Reservoir Road #01-3111 S(470742). Please produce your invoice and state which product you are collecting.
