Our items are air-packed and re-packaged for security before handing over to our customers. MOBI-FUSION’s packaging is not translucent so the items enclosed cannot be seen. This protects our customers’ privacy.

MOBI-FUSION is an online blogshop based in Singapore, specially selling related mobile accessories.

All selling prices are in $SGD.

Items in-stocks are ready to be mailed out within 3 working day upon receiving payment.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, you can either email us at mobifusion@gmail.com or send a text to +65 93854069 stating the product that you are interested in.

All our items are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD), and will be paid in Singapore Dollars as well.

Once you have placed your order(s), you will receive an reply from us in 1 working day. Customers are required to pay for their orders within a 24 hours time-frame. Please also check your junk/spam inbox just in case any of our emails land up there.

Currently, we only accepts POSB bank transfers.

For all ATM payments, we will require a snapshot of the ATM receipt with your email address and order number written on it.

No refunds will be made in the event that the ATM snapshot cannot be produced.

Mobi-Fusion reserves all rights to reject any orders without these details.

In order to secure your purchase, you must provide us with your payment details within the stipulated time frame as below:

Delivery

All our local deliveries are being facilitated by Singpost .

We highly recommend that you opt for registered postage to prevent lost parcels as all registered parcels can be track via Singpost website.

We will not be liable for any parcels lost by using normal postage during the duration after posting out. Currently, Mobi-Fusion only offers these modes of delivery.

SINGAPORE

A. Singapore Post Normal Mail (Not Reliable, may take up to 7-12 working days)
With the SingPost Normal Mail shipping method, your order will be delivered directly to your mailbox. If the parcel can't fit into your mailbox, you may have to collect it from the post office. Singpost might delay processing time for normal mail, it may take up to 7-12 working days to reach you after it has been processed for delivery.

We will not responsible for any parcel that is damaged or lost in transit.

We strongly recommend customers to use Courier Service or Self Collection.

Shipping Cost: S$1.50 to S$3.55.
Delivered to: Mailbox aka. Letterbox
Insurance: No
Tracking Number: No (we will not able to trace if lost by Singpost)

Alternatively, meet-ups and self collection can also be done. Meet-ups will be done once on a weekly basics at Tampines or Pioneer MRT (Depending on majority buyers) every Tuesday or Thursday at 7.30pm.

Self Colletions can be done at Block 742 Bedok Reservoir Road #01-3111 S(470742). Please produce your invoice and state which product you are collecting.

Payment & shipping

SINGAPORE

Internet Banking / ATM Fund Transfer
You will be able to select Fund Transfer during the checkout process. If you have selected this option during the checkout process, you will be receiving an email with your order number together with our bank details in the email. Kindly complete the payment in within 24 hours through any method that is most convenient for you: ATM, online transfer, or cash deposit.
